asics Greenville Track Club-ELITE - a post-collegiate, Olympic development program
ASICS Greenville Track Club-ELITE athlete Kimberly Ruck ran to a new course record of 16:32 in winning the 36th edition of the Greenville News Run Downtown 5K in beautiful Greenville, SC. It was the third consecutive win for Ruck, who bested her previous record of 16:55, set last year. She was followed by her teammate Alison Parris, who placed second among the women in 17:33. ASICS GTC-ELITE's Chris Caldwell was second in the overall competition with a 15:55 on a cold, but sunny Saturday morning. The race was the first of many Greenville Track Club events in 2015 and is sponsored by The Greenville News.
