Final Surge
Our coaches are continually developing and revising training plans for our athletes. We use Final Surge on a daily basis for such purposes and almost instant communication with our athletes.
ElliptiGO
We've found that using the ElliptiGO stand-up bicycle allows us to add supplemental training volume without the additional pounding of running. ElliptiGO also is an excellent means of cross training during periods when running is not optimal.
