Calista relocated to Greenville in August of 2020 after graduating from Bridgewater College in May. She had to begin training after recovering from an earlier cycling accident. With a lack of available competitive opportunities due to COVID-19, she did not compete until April 2021. Beside working at a local running specialty shop (Run In) she also is a professional dog walker.
