ASICS Greenville Track Club-ELITE's Ryan Root ran a personal best of 1:07:03 to place second in the Greenville Health System Half Marathon on Saturday morning. Local standout and course record holder Brett Morely was third in 1:08:09. Both Flynn and Root smashed the course record of 1:07:52, set in 2016. Flynn earned $500 for the win and Root $400 for second.
