ASICS Greenville Track Club-ELITE's Alison Parris ran 27:13 to win the women's division of the Trees Greenville  Turkey Day 8K on a sunny and brisk Thanksgiving morning in Greenville, SC. She also set the women's course record while placing sixth overall in the annual event which had over 2,000 finishers and runs over a hilly route in and near downtown Greenville and Cleveland Park. Parris earned $100 for her victory. 

It was her second consecutive Thanksgiving Day win as she won the SouthPark Turkey Trot 8K in Charlotte, NC last year. Parris will next join her ASICS GTC-ELITE teammates in San Francisco, CA as they compete in the 2015 USA Club Cross Country Championships on December 12.
