Collegiate Highlights

2025 Track: Won the Outdoor G-GMAC 10,000m Championship and was runner-up in the 5,000m. Ran 29:39.43 at the Raleigh Relays 10,000m. Placed second in the Indoor G-MAC Championship 5,000m. 

2024-25 - Cross Country: ran 30:21.2 for 34th in the individual standings at the NCAA DII National Championship, giving him All-American status for a second-consecutive year. Earned all-region and all-conference.

2023-24 - Cross Country: Earned All-American status... Named all-region... Tabbed first team all-conference... Was the G-MAC Runner of the Year... Won the Great Midwest Cross Country Championship... Finished runner-up at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional... Named USTFCCA National Athlete of the Week on Sep. 18... Broke the 10K program record at the NCAA Division II National Championship with a time of 29:39.2 to finish twelfth... Named G-MAC Athlete of the Week twice... Finished first at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate out of 464 runners.
Track: Named G-MAC Athlete of the Meet during the indoor season...Won the 5000m and 3000m run at the G-MAC Indoor Championship...Won the 10k at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship...Was first team all-G-MAC during both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Set an indoor program record in the 5k with a time of 14:12.13...Finished runner-up in the 5k at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 14:41.33...Named third team academic all-American by the CSC.

2022-23 - Cross Country:  Named all-region... Tabbed first team all-conference... Finished runner-up at the G-MAC Championship.... Came in tenth at the Division II Midwest Regional... Qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championship, finished 71st.
Track: Earned second team all-American in the 10,000m during the outdoor season...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Named all-region during the indoor season in the 5,000m...Named second team all-conference in the 5,000m during the indoor season...Finished runner-up in the 10,000m at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a program record of 29:17.55...Set Koehler Fitness Center facility record in the 5000m with a 14:25.44...Set indoor program record in the 5000m wit ha 14:17.69.

2021-22 -  Cross Country: Named all-Midwest region by the USTFCCCA... Tabbed G-MAC Runner of the Year... Earned first team all-conference honors... Won the Great Midwest Cross Country Championship... Finished eighth at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championship... Qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championship... Broke the 8K program record at the Royals Championship with a time of 23:45.9... Broke the 10K program record at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championship with a time of 30:30.60... Named G-MAC Athlete of the Week twice.
Track: Earned all-region by the USTFCCCA during the outdoor season... Named first team all-conference during the outdoor season... Earned first team all-conference honors during the indoor season... Won the legaue title in the 5,000m during the indoor season... Won the legaue title in the 5,000m during the outdoor season... 2020-21 - Cross Country: Earned second team all-conference  honors after placing 15th at the league championship with a time of 25:58.4.
Track: Named the G-MAC Freshman of the Year during the outdoor season...Captured G-MAC Freshman of the Meet honors at the conference championship during the outdoor season...Won a league title in the 5,000-meter run during the outdoor season...Named first team all-conference during the outdoor campaign...Earned second team all-conference accolades during the indoor campaign.
